She performs professional, administrative, and supervisory work related to organizing, directing, coordinating, performing, and monitoring citywide human resource programs and activities. She is responsible for developing and implementing an HR strategy in selection, classification, pay administration. Benefit administration, Risk Management, and Workers’ Compensation. She is responsible for coordinating activities with other city officials, departments, outside agencies, and organizations. She provides responsible and complex staff support to the Recorder-Treasurer and to the Mayor. She is responsible for administering and assuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
