The Beckley Municipal Court is located in uptown Beckley at 340 Prince Street in the former Beckley Police Building. Our offices are currently closed to the public, but you may call 304-256-1719 for assistance or questions. We will open to the public when we have moved to our new location in the near future.
Our mission is to provide a forum for the fair and impartial adjudication of Beckley Municipal Code violations and West Virginia State Code violations; to resolve these cases rapidly and efficiently in an environment that is safe for all concerned. We will do this in a manner which promotes and upholds the integrity and independence of the judge, thereby maximizing the community’s confidence in the court.
We will become increasingly customer service-oriented, technologically innovative, efficient and creative in all our operations and will strive constantly to maintain a supportive working environment by encouraging teamwork and employee growth.
