BITS technicians and support staff are required on a constant basis to maintain, upgrade and repair technology from around the City of Beckley. When it is not possible to perform these tasks on-site, we bring the machines back to our office, where they can be repaired by a member of our staff. Our Workroom provides an environment where these repairs may take place quickly and efficiently.
